Our small mat classes help you enjoy a comfortable pregnancy focusing on postural changes that take place each trimester, maintaining fitness levels and can also help you recover post pregnancy.
Our post-natal classes allow you to regain shape and core strength after baby. And, no need to think of a baby sitter as baby can come to class too! (Pre-crawling babies only.)
