Pilates is an exercise method designed to bring strength, flexibility, control and balance to the body.  We offer a range of Pilates mat classes from total beginner to the advanced practitioner and for those who have never exercised before to professional athletes.

Practised regularly, the benefits of Pilates are far reaching. Pilates becomes a way of life - you move better, feel better and through improved posture, look better too!  Feeling fitter, stronger and healthier - that's our goal. 

All equipment is provided including small Pilates equipment (balls, foam rollers, bands and weights) to challenge and support you.
