We offer both Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga at the studio.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a challenging class: classic postures will be held and worked into a flowing sequence of movements.  The class is designed to challenge your body physically and mentally.  

This form of yoga is ideal for those seeking a strong physical challenge whilst maintaining mental focus and strength.

Hatha Yoga encourages students to explore postures and movements through the release of tension and the use of conscious breathing.
